This website is operated by Aaron Warren and Lalit Agarwal ("we", "us") to promote the forthcoming book You're the Bottleneck. Now What? (Summer 2026). You can reach us at the email address listed in the footer.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist.
- Optional role descriptor (e.g., business owner, executive) — to understand who the audience is.
- Consent and marketing preferences — what you opted into and when.
- Basic technical data — IP address, browser, and aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics (no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
- Send you the Structural Readiness Scorecard and book launch updates you asked for.
- If you also opted in, send occasional essays, frameworks, and related offers.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email service providers
We use third-party email and infrastructure providers to deliver these emails and host the site. Those providers process your data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
- Access, correct, or delete your data — email us and we will action it.
- If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CPRA, including the right to object and the right to portability.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until the book launches and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
